Optimizing IT Operational Processes
An important component of IT Strategy is the definition and optimization of IT operational processes and the related roles and responsibilities. In our activities we rely on the recommendations of ITIL v3.
While the ITIL-based operational framework has been a hot topic of recent years (for more information in Hungarian, you may visit the website of ITSMF), we are still convinced that it is pointless to talk about “the implementation of ITIL”. ITIL recommendations always need to be appropriately interpreted to the size, operational maturity, current challenges of the organization, and solutions may only be recommended in relation to the above.
